get ready, get set...GO!!!

no more excuses. it's time for a change.
I've hit the 30lb mark and I let this go on for far too long.


When I was 22 years old I was on blood pressure medication. It took me a year to get down to a healthy weight, and off of blood pressure meds!...but even then i wasn't at the weight I wanted it to be at. 


Then in 2009 I reverted back to my old ways! eating fast food almost every night, snacking on sugary sweets, and barely even working out! now i'm back at square one!


 I'm still in school trying to pursue my undergraduate degree, and I need to eat healthier and exercise more. 
I will blog from now until my 26th birthday (which will be 7/26/2011) on my progress, whether it is a picture, a journal entry or a quote. My goal is to lose at least a pound a week (33 weeks from now until my birthday!)


Here are my currents stats:
Waist: 36 in
Hips: 43 in
Weight: 170 lbs.
Height: 5'1.5"


December Goals:
- CUT OUT:
  Fried foods, sugary foods, soda
-Drink MORE water!!!
- Exercise MORE! at least 20 min everyday!


Overall Goals:
- Lose 5 inches in waist & hips
- Lose (at least) 30 lbs by my birthday
